Build for scale — Establish standards, reusable patterns, governance, maintenance, and enablement so impact survives beyond the founding team.

At Principal level, I directed 4–6 designers and influenced product and engineering decisions across as many as four concurrent multidisciplinary pods—a 16–24-person global delivery organization. I combined portfolio strategy and design direction with hands-on incubation when the work was new, then transitioned mature systems to other leaders once they were stable.
